Welcome to SNAP’D (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at snapd.photo and any photo booth, video booth, or event activation services you book with us (“Services”). By booking our Services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

• A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement (where applicable) and required deposit have been received.
• Event details — including date, time, location, package, and booth type — must be confirmed in writing at least 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for incomplete information, non-payment, or unsafe event conditions.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.
• Late payments may result in delayed service or cancellation of the booking.

3. Event Requirements

To ensure smooth setup and operation, the client is responsible for providing:

• A suitable, level, indoor or covered space for the booth (minimum space requirements will be provided upon booking)
• Access to a standard power outlet within a reasonable distance of the setup area
• Venue access at least 60–90 minutes prior to the event start time for setup
• Any permits, venue approvals, or insurance certificates required by the venue

4. Service Delivery

• Our standard packages include a professional on-site attendant, equipment setup and breakdown, and the features outlined in your selected package (e.g., unlimited sessions, digital sharing, props, custom templates).
• Service duration begins and ends at the times specified in your booking confirmation. Additional time may be purchased where available, subject to attendant availability.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather (for outdoor setups), power issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Guest Conduct and Use of Equipment

• Guests are expected to use the booth, props, and equipment responsibly.
• The client may be held responsible for damage to equipment or props caused by guest misuse, negligence, or intentional acts during the event.
• We reserve the right to pause or stop service if equipment misuse, unsafe behavior, or venue policy violations occur.

6. Photo, Video, and Content Usage

• Photos and videos captured during your event may be used by SNAP’D for promotional and marketing purposes (including our website and social media), unless you notify us in writing before your event that you opt out of this use.
• Guests are responsible for how they choose to share or distribute their own photos and videos.
• Digital galleries, where included in your package, are made available for a limited time after the event as specified in your package details.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SNAP’D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your event is limited to the total amount paid for the Services in question.
• We are not responsible for equipment failure, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues on-site.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, and templates are the property of SNAP’D and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SNAP’D primarily operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
